How To Make Christmas Cake Special:
Christmas is the festival of joy and laughter filled with lots of presents and food. Any celebration is incomplete without a cake, and especially if we are talking of Christmas, it is nothing without a delicious cake.
Whenever we type Christmas cake, there are lots of recipes that pops up and most of them look delicious and mouth-watering. Everyone has their secret ingredient that they use to make their dish exceptional. Here is my way of making my Christmas cake special.
I am a fond lover of chocolate, so I would like to share the recipe for my kitchen.
1 Bowl White Flour
1 Bowl Milk
1/2 Bowl Refine Oil
1 Teaspoon Coffee
2 Teaspoon Cocoa Powder
3 Teaspoon Chocolate Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Chocolates/ Nuts for decoration
NOTE: If you don’t prefer eating egg then you may replace the combination of egg and sugar powder with Milkmaid.
Also, Don’t forget the main ingredients: Lots of Love and Patience.
Take a bowl and white flour, coffee, cocoa powder, chocolate powder, baking powder and baking soda in it. Mix it with the help of a spoon. Try not to touch it with hand. Filter the contents through a sieve with the help of a spoon. I repeat don’t touch it with your hands!
Repeat the above process four times to get the fine mixture.
Now, take another bowl and put egg and sugar powder (as per taste) in it. In the case of non-egg eaters, put milkmaid in the bowl. Now put refine oil in it. Mix it with the help of a hand grinder. Keep in mind that the direction of mixing the contents should be in one direction to avoid lumps. When the present contents are mixed well, put a spoon full of the white flour mixture and a spoon of milk in it and mix it well in the same direction as before. Repeat the process till you are done mixing the whole mixture. In case you feel that the mixture is becoming hard, increasing the amount of milk that you are putting in the bowl.
Now, grease a vessel and put the mixture in the vessel. Put the chocolates and nuts in the mixture. In case, if you are using an oven, then preheat it and put the cake at 220 degrees for 25 minutes. In the case of a microwave, put the cake and set it to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. You can smell the aroma of the chocolate flavour while it is baking. When the timer strikes 0, do not immediately take the vessel out. Wait for some time, then take out the vessel and check with the knife to check if it is completely baked. When its temperature lowers down to room temperature, put it in the fridge. Put white cream on it and decorate it with cherries on the top.
Sit together, Eat this cake with your family and friends. It’s mouth watering delicious.
